The **EnZo Nessmuk 125** is a solid fixed knife. The first thing you notice is the wavy blade and the fact that the knife is broader at the tip. This classic shape is what we call a Nessmuk style blade. This type of knife is mostly used to gut game and prepare food. Knives with a Nessmuk style blade are for that reason mostly popular amongst hunters or people who love to go camping or hiking. Because the blade is broader at the tip the blade is not only sturdier, you can also use this broad tip as an improvised spoon.

 the EnZo Nussmuk has a full-tang construction. This means that the steel of the blade runs throughout the handle and follows the shape of the handle. The result is the strongest construction you can have with a fixed knife. The Nessmuk has a 80CrV2 steel blade. A sturdy carbon type of steel that is often used in the Finnish knife industry.

 The handle is made from stunning wavy birch wood, making each knife unique. The red liners give the knife a luxurious look and feel. The liners also have a practical function; it limits the action between the handle material and the blade.

 The EnZo Nessmuk comes with a stunning handmade leather sheath.

## From EnZo Knives to Brisa Knives

 You might have been familiar with this product under another name: 'EnZo'. In 2019, however, EnZo decided to change its name to Brisa. The production, quality and the company behind the brand, however, remained the same. As such you still end up with the same good price-quality ratio you have grown accustomed to.

Bellissimo, rifinito ottimamente,  molto tagliemte e facile da riaffilare

Très beau couteau un peu  plus tranchant seraits  mieux mais satisfaisant 


Ce Nessmuk revisité est un bel outil. Beau par sa conception, ses matériaux et sa simplicité. Pareil pour son étui en cuir, très épuré et proprement assemblé. Le couteau s'y glisse fastoche et tient bien en place.
Pas mal de monde dit que ce couteau est cool pour la food prep', je confirme. La bouffe ne devient qu'un prétexte pour le sortir !
Pas mal de monde trouve le manche trop court.. Je peux comprendre. Mais tout ce monde là n'a sans doute pas eu l'occaz de tester un ESEE 4 avant. Pour ma part, le manche du Nessmuk me tombe nickel dans la main. Par contre, il est glissant ! Heureusement, y'a le trou pour la dragonne.
Le truc qui fait sauter l'étoile : un léger défaut dans la finition du tranchant. Sur mon modèle, il y a un creux (comme entre deux vagues) sur la courbe du fil, visible à l'œil nu, encore plus flagrant quand j'y passe le doigt. J'ai pu rattraper partiellement l'affaire.. Mais pour 140 balles, ça me fout les boules.

Sympathique petit couteau robuste beau manche une réussite !

Globalement déçu dans l'ensemble.

Points positifs: Forme de lame au top pour le bushcraft cuisine, acier au top aussi, bonne tenu du tranchant, facilement reaffutable. 
Parfait pour cuisine/battonage

 Points negatifs:Finitions du couteau très mauvaises. Arêtes très saillantes sur le manche et la lame. Manche très court, prise en main approximative (Je mets des gants T.8). J'ai fini le couteaux moi même, dommage à ce prix là....
