Fenix E40 is multi-functional, yet affordable,  LED torch with a maximum light output of  220 ANSI* lumens. This little gem is powered by 4 (rechargeable) penlite (AA) batteries. Its slim and sleek design makes it comfortable to hold.

The body is made of plastic and the head of anodised aluminium, which allows the torch to release its heat safely and easily.   
  


Like all Fenix torches, this model is digitally regulated, guaranteeing constant brightness right up until the batteries run out.   
  


The torch is really easy to operate. Simply press the main switch to turn the torch on and press the secondary switch to select from 3 brightness levels. The on/off switch also features an SOS mode (momentary on).   
  

To activate the strobe mode, simply keep the secondary switch pressed in for 1 second.

De lamp is, afgezien van "de kop", verder volledig van plastic en vraag mij af hoe duurzaam dat is. Verder is de lichtopbrengst erg goed voor zo'n kleine lamp en doet hij niet onder voor onze Maglite D6

Een enorme hoeveelhied licht voor een relatief laag bedrag. Solide behuizing. Zelfs met slechte batterijen toch nog een redelijke lichtopbrengst. Met volle batterijen echt heel veel licht ook op grote afstand. Daardoor is de lichtbundel wel wat smal. Een echte aanrader.


Ligt goed in de hand, waterdicht en fenix kwaliteit. Zeer tevreden.

Prima zaklamp voor deze prijs. Voelt stevig aan en de laagste stand geeft al ruim voldoende licht voor de standaard benodigdheden. De batterijen zijn overal te krijgen. Waterdicht, dus geschikt voor elk Hollands weertype.
Zeker een aanrader als je wat meer "zaklamp" in je handen wilt hebben i.p.v. het gevoel dat je een sleutelhanger vasthoudt. 


Vlotte levering. goed te doseren licht sterkte en handzame zaklamp.Hoge licht opbrengst.
Een bij passend holster zou handig zijn.
