Looking for no frills fixed blade for fire prep and basic tasks, works well

Knife was sent to me completely blunt. Requested a refund, was told the refund had been proceed this was 14 days ago. They still won’t accept that they have processed the refund. Despite me sending screen shots of by bank account. Next step is small claims, only as a matter of principle. A little fed up of big company’s ripping people off and doing as they wish with zero consequence. Avoid this company like the plague.
