The Kai Select 100 peeler is considered by many to be the best peeler there is. Everyone knows Kai from their high-quality Japenese kitchen knives, but they also make great quality kitchen accessories. 
  
  

The partly-rotating cutting edge follows the shape of a product perfectly. The I-shaped design makes it very easy to peel round products. The peeler is extremely sharp straight out of the factory. The U-shaped bracket that sticks out from the handle can be used to clean potatoes of spots and pips as well.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
