## Damascus pattern blade

Each Kramer by Zwilling Euro Meiji knife is a sight for sore eyes. The blade has a core made from Fc61 steel, surrounded by hundreds of other layers of steel. Thanks to a special process all knives get their own damast pattern, making each of them unique. During this process the blade is polished and is subjected to an ice hardening process. As such you are left with a hardness of 61 HRC. It makes the knives extremely robust and hard, and it ensures that they retain their sharpness for a very long time.

## Pakka wood handle

Not only the blade, also the handle contributes to the special character of the knives. Made from pakka wood, a form-retaining and durable type of wood with a beautiful grain. Each handle is also equipped with an eye-catching mosaic pin. 100% handcrafted in the shape of the Kramer by Zwilling logo. Thanks to the ergonomic D-shaped handle, your cutting comfort is magnificent.
