This is a BIG knife I was supprised just how bigi but I LOVE it. Beautifuly and simply made, not much to go wrong and easy to use. The handle has a good feel to it and fits my biggish hands beautifuly. LOVE IT!

Bought for camp food preparation. Blade no bigger than general kitchen knife but handle makes it look huge. Sadly returned. Pocket knife? Not in uk. Too big. Using the size 10 for food prep. Less fierce. Still looks big as it is not obviously kitchen shaped but when sharp it is just big enough for meat and veg. If the blade won't open just tap the heel and it opens fine.
