the engraving turned out clean and beautiful ordering process was not straight forward especially because it kept redirecting to the uk website would be great if the engraving could be realized on a picture of the knife, so that we can get a better sense of the scale and the position as well as the final product the position codes were not very informative in my case, because the logo markings on my knife was not the same as most knives but it all turned out good in the end, so no complaints. these are only suggestions responsiveness of the staff for confirming the design and such was great also loved the customizability of the design
