This breakfast knife by Robert Herder is a characteristic German breakfast knife in the so-called 'Buckels' shape. The very thin blade is made of stainless steel. This is traditionally grinded very thin (' Dünnschliff '). The result is a very sharp knife, easy to maintain. Suitable for cutting e.g. bread, cheese, salami and for spreading butter on bread.

La version plus grande est plus polivalente que celle là , en effet la pointe arrondie permet de tartiner, mais dans cette version, la surface de l’arrondi est bien plus (trop!) petit,
