The **Robert Herder straight classic peeling knife** follows in the footsteps of Robert Herder's famous mill knives. This peeling knife is ideal for peeling fruit and vegetables. It can also be used for various other small cutting jobs. The carbon steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the traditional German "Solinger Dünnschliff" principle. The result is a razor-sharp knife. The carbon steel used for the blade is not stainless, so it needs to be treated with care. This means it must be cleaned and dried by hand after use. The handle is made from red beech wood, seamlessly attached to the blade with three rivets.

Top mes. Ik gebruik hem meestal voor grotere schilwerk en mag niet ontbreken in je keukenla. Goede verzorging van koolstofstaal en beuken handvat en je hebt er jaren plezier van.

I am so disappointed with my knife.  already have one and it is the perfect knife. This one rusts every time it’s used. It was an absolute waste of money-I hand washed it and tested it carefully but to no avail.
