The Endura 4 is the ideal pocket knife for Spyderco fans that find the Delica too small. The Endura 4 has a blade length of 9.6 cm. A difference of 2.3 cm compared to the Delica doesn't seem all that much, but this knife feels a lot stockier. The dimensions combine perfectly with portability. Because of the handle of FRN (fiberglass reinforced nylon) the knife is still lightweight. The firmness is enhanced by the steel liners that have been used. These have been machined to prevent them from making the knife heavy.  
  


The materials used are ideal for an EDC-knife. It used VG10 steel is very high quality and the FRN (fiberglass reinforced nylon) handles are resistant to heat, cold, moisture and chemicals. The pocket clip can be mounted in 4 different ways. Therefore it is suitable for both right- and left handed users. It is a true friend to all.

Fantastisch zakmes.
Na drie jaar lang een Delica te hebben gebruikt vond ik het tijd worden om eens een ander en weer wat groter mes te gaan gebruiken als EDC. 
De Endura ligt super lekker in de hand en door het grote handvat heb je altijd ruimte over om vast te pakken. Het gewicht van het mes is opvallend licht waardoor je een behoorlijk groot mes bijna vergeet in je broekzak te hebben.
De blauwe kleur op het handvat is echt heel erg vrolijk en ik vind dat het mes hierdoor niet heel erg gewelddadig over komt op andere mensen. 
Het VG10 staal bevalt mij al meerdere jaren erg goed. Het blijft redelijk scherp en is makkelijk om te slijpen.


I read a lot about the Endura 4 - being a happy owner of a Delica and some other folders :) -  and finally decided to try it. I had it returned and refunded after playing with it for about a week (good service btw!)

The handle on the Endura is very big for my hand/taste, and for such a big blade it doesn't give me a strong feeling at all. I felt like I couldn't trust it on the long term. 
The fit and finish of the knife was excellent, but that's not the only thing that matters on a knife (or any other tool).
So far I much prefer an Ontario RAT 1 instead. Or a Griptilian, which also feels very good in my hand. 

Therefore the low rating. Sorry Spyderco! You have some good folders, but this is not for me :(
