Full description
This Boska cheese knife comté Monaco is a remarkable cheese knife. It's name is derived from Comté: a hard cheese from Franche Comté in France. You can also use this knife to cut through other (semi)hard cheeses. Thanks to the two handles. Because of these handles you can namely apply pressure on both sides and cut through the cheese with a rocking movement. Enjoy!
This Boska cheese knife is part of the Monaco collection. All these cheese knives, cheese slicers and graters are made from 100% stainless steel: both the blade and the handle. Amazing to behold and rock-solid without becoming too heavy in hand. After use you can clean the knife in the dishwasher. You can, however, also easily clean it by hand.
