The **Case Medium Stockman** is a real classic in the pocket knife world. This pattern is almost as old as the entire category of Traditionals. This Case Stockman is a very pure incarnation of this classic model. It has three blades: a clippoint blade as *main blade*, a 5.0 cm sheepsfoot blade and, of course, the almost indispensable Spey blade. This is a spearpoint with a sort of blunt tip. Originally this shape was used to gut game.

 When opened the three blades are kept in place by a slipjoint lock. Because Case uses two lock-springs to keep three blades in place it is inevitable that the blades are located close together and can even touch each other when closed. This is a part of the design of the blade and also gives it, its authentic charm.

 This Medium version is similar to the normal Stockman. The only difference is that the Medium Stockman has slightly less higher blades. As a result the whole is a little slimmer.

 ## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel

 The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless type of steel that is similar to 420HC steel. A great feature of this type of steel is that it can be sharpened quickly.

 ## Crimson Red peach Seed Jigged Bone handle

 The handle is made from *Crimson Peach Seed Jigged Bone*. This is basically cow bone that is enhanced with an interesting texture. Afterwards it is enhanced with a nice colour and polished. This is a truly classic type of handle material which radiates class and elegance. It nicely matches the Case knives. This knife is enhanced with a *Peach Seed* texture.
