Solid and versatile mandoline to quickly and safely cut vegetables and fruit.

The **de Buyer Ultra Revolution Mandolin** is tough, sturdy and versatile. The stainless steel frame is solid as a rock and easy to clean. Slices, waffles, cubes, strips or diamond shapes: this mandolin can do it all. Of course you can easily adjust the cutting thickness from 0-10 mm. The only limitation lies in your imagination.


This Revolution Master mandolin is enhanced with a special system in order to cut cubes and diamonds. The "hat" with which you guide the product, can be turned. By using this cleverly, you can easily cut perfect cubes or diamonds. The manual explains this perfectly. It cannot go wrong.


The Revolution Master comes with different, interchangeable blades with which you can, for instance (by using the included attachment), create perfect cubes!
The knives that are included are:

*  Julienne 3 mm 

*  Julienne 4 mm 

*  Julienne 5 mm 

*  Julienne 7 mm 

*  Julienne 10 mm 


In addition, this product also contains an ergonomic handle/pusher for long vegetables.


As you may expect from the Buyer, this mandolin is nice and solid. It will even come in handy in the professional kitchen. The steel frame is decent and easy to clean. The foldable, plastic feet are enhanced with an anti-slip function. As such the mandolin will stay in place on your countertop. At the bottom, you will find a plastic box in which you store the individual blades. As such you will always have everything you need close. Very practical!
