The Envirofit XL Charcoal stove CH-5200 is very similar to the normal Envirofit Charcoal stove (CH-2200). However, as the name might already suggest, the XL is a lot larger. This one-pit stove is designed to be used with charcoal or charcoal briquettes, but you could also use other flammable biomasses. The stove is insulated and by means of the controllable air supply you can easily control the emission of heat. With a weight of approximately 3.5 kilos this stove will be perfect when you are out on the campsite, enjoying a picnic or are spending some time in your garden.
The combustion chamber of the Envirofit CH-5200 stove is made from metal which ensures that hazardous and toxic gases are reduced. The heat-resistant handles also enable you to easily move the stove, even when you are still using it. Place the Envirofit CH-5200 stove on top of the table underneath your porch to enjoy a night of outdoor cooking.
You don’t have to wait long before you can use the stove. Because of the right air supply the stove quickly heats up. In addition, you can control the temperature by using the air vent at the base of the stove. As soon as you open the vent the temperature will start to rise. You will mostly use this vent when you are lighting the stove or are in need of high(er) temperatures. With a minimal amount of coals or charcoal briquettes you can cook for hours. The combustion chamber can be filled with approximately 190 grams of coals or charcoal briquettes.
