The **Fiskars X46** is a large axe perfect for chopping tree trunks with a diameter of more than 30 cm. Whether you're cutting wood for the fireplace, the stove, the barbecue, the campfire or want to remove side branches: with the Fiskars X46 it will be a piece of cake.

The axe head of the Fiskars X46 is robust and weighs 4.6 kg. The razor-sharp blade is forged from hardened and alloyed carbon steel. The broad cutting edge ensures that you can work effectively over large lengths. A hammer is located on the back of the axe head. With this part you can also apply a lot of force. The corners are nicely rounded, which reduces the risk of splinters. Underneath the head of the axe you find a rubber part. This provides extra safety in case you miss and it reduces the vibrations.

## Fiskars axe handles

The handle is made from durable glass fibre reinforced plastic. The splitting axe is sturdy and feels comfortable in hand, thanks to the comfortable non-slip and anti-vibration handle. This is a rock-solid axe that is extremely resistant to wear and tear.
