Good cleaning is essential. Straight after baking put some detergent in the pan and clean it with a brush and some water. When you don’t clean it properly it will build up and be very hard to clean. Removing it with kitchen paper won’t be enough!
Do not use olive oil for frying. Olive oil is delicious in salads and pasta, but for baking it is definitely not suited! With temperatures of 120 degrees Celsius or higher, harmful chemicals are released. Sunflower oil, coconut oil or good old butter are better alternatives.
