Optisch sehr schön wie auch auf den Bildern. Nicht so Schneidfreudig wie erwartet auf Grund der Geometrie aber sehr scharf. Es liegt sehr gut in der Hand und erlaubt einen sicheren Griff bei allen Arten die ich kenne ein Messer zu halten. 
Mein Modell hat für mich 2 Makel, es klappert in der Scheide und die Klinge misst nur 9,9 cm. Gerber gibt die länge mit 10,2 an.

Für mich ein sehr schönes Messer für den Alltag und auf Touren. Schnitzen funktioniert gut. Batoning ist möglich macht aber nicht wirklich spaß damit. Das Erscheinungsbild gefällt mir sehr, der Griff liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Der Stahl gehört zur Oberklasse.
Warum ich keine 5 Sterne vergeben habe?
Das Messer klappert in der Scheide. Die Schneide ist auf Rasurschärfe, das Messer ist trotzdem nicht so schnittfreudig. Es gleitet nicht durch Schnittgut, vermutlich weil der Flachschliff spät anfängt. Zum Schluß noch etwas zur Verarbeitung, an einer ca 2mm breiten Stelle die über die ganze Primärschneide läuft, ist die Oberfläche schlecht verarbeitet. Ich meine damit, dass an dieser Stelle das Licht anders reflektiert wird und die schöne spiegelnde Optik trübt. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich sowas nicht... Egal, war für mich kein Retourgrund weil es ein Gebrauchsmesser ist.
