The GiantMouse ACE Biblio is a cool EDC-pocket knife, designed by Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes. For this knife these Danish master designers became inspired by their incredibly popular GM1 which was sold out in no-time. With the Biblio the same design is now also available for everyone.
To peel an apple or to open boxes the GiantMouse ACE Biblio is the perfect knife. It has a friendly look and feel and the typical Italian curves make it feel like a nicely worn pebble in hand.
The ACE Biblio is, in terms of size, a nice mid-size pocket knife. A blade length of 7.2 cm is for practically everybody enough to carry out daily tasks. The blade has an interesting shape that might remind you of a sheepfoot-shape. At the same time it slightly points upwards so that, in terms of use, it closely resembles a drop point shape. A fun, playful combination.
To make sure that you don’t have to sharpen your knife often GiantMouse chose an incredibly good type of steel: Böhler M390, an extremely stainless type of steel from Austria. M390 maintains its sharpness well and is, with the right tools, easy to sharpen yourself. Opening this blade is easy with the flipper or the thumb hole.
In terms of handle GiantMouse chose G10. An incredibly strong type of material that feels great in hand and is incredibly light-weight. In between the G10 handle you will find steel liners. On one side a liner lock has been added that will keep the blade in place when opened.
GiantMouse ACE-Line
The GiantMouse ACE-line was developed to meet the ever growing demand for GiantMouse knives. After a couple of limited edition knives that were sold out in the blink of an eye the demand continued to grow. Hence the ACE-collection. Designs with the same cool style, with the same premium type of steel, but more accessible to all!
