The Hultafors Carpenter's axe SY RA 21 1.0 SV is forged by hand according to traditional methods. This carpenter's axe is enhanced with a curved handle made from hickory wood. The iron is sand blades and enhanced with a clear coating. This carpenter's axe has a long, narrow and straight cutting edge. As such it is perfect for finer wood work. Because of the cut-out in the head you can easily hold it close to the axe head for even more precision.

Easy to navigate website, everything you require in one place product write up, details and review’s also allows to compare other products at the same time. Shipping, speedy and easy to track The axe only used a couple of times and lived up to expectations, came ready to use, sharp, the handle I gave a quick sand and applied boiled linseed finished with danish oil. (It was personal preference). The axe has kept its edge and looking forward to taking it out into the field. Improvements it could be supplied with a sheaf to protect the blade and me when In transit, not a problem because it was stated within the purchase. Will definitely buy from Knives and Tools in the future.

Great, I am a Carpenter and have been looking for a good solid Carpenters axe since mine was stolen, This axe ticks all the boxes and at the right price. I would recommend it, Only critisisam the handle is a bit too long. but all round a great axe for a Carpenter.
