We had to return this item as it was received in a damaged condition. We were to have a replacement. It was returned last week and to date all correspondence has ceased. Understand there is issue at border.. we sent proof of postage and were told that on receipt of postage certificate a new one would be despatched. Has this been done. Await your reply.
