Fantastische zaklamp en handig om in de kit te hebben (ook vanwege beperkte losse voorraad). Gebruik ik zelf in combinatie met warmtekijker voor het zoeken van zoogdieren en is daar uitermate geschikt voor vanwege de nauwe bundel, voldoende lichtopbrengst ook op honderden meters afstand en een mooie uniforme verlichting rondom de middenspot, wat bij fotografie handig kan zijn. Ik heb hem vergeleken met de Fenix HT18, ook een goede lamp voor het zelfde doel maar minder goed qua uniforme bundel, verder iets langer (mogelijk iets zwaarder). Is ook erg degelijk en kan volgens bekenden die hem ook hebben tegen een stootje.

De onderdelen van de kit zijn handig en komen in een mooi "peli case-achtig" koffertje, waar de warmtekijker toevallig precies bij in past. De andere accessoires gebruik ik niet vaak maar kunnen handig zijn bij een wildpassage op statief (beugel en afstandsbediening met knop). Er is ook een alternatieve achterkant met schakelaar beschermd door beugeltjes los te koop bij Knives and Tools, die kan handig zijn als je hem vaak in de jaszak hebt, dan druk je de aan-knop niet per ongeluk in.
