This Opinel Les Essentiels set of 4 paring knives is very handy for all kinds of kitchen jobs. The blades are made of stainless Sandvik 12C27 steel, and the handles are made of olive wood. The wood is protected by a clear lacquered finish. Because of this, the knives are dishwasher-safe. The knives come in a cardboard gift box. Great for giving as a present, and a must-have in every kitchen.
