The Robert Herder "Buckels" is a typical German breakfast knife in so-called "Buckels" shape. Suitable for cutting bread, hard rolls, cheese, salami and for smearing butter on bread. This is the stainless version with a POM handle, which is a high quality plastic Wüsthof also uses for their knives. The blade of this knife sharpened thin and has small serrations.
