Had some help choosing this when I rang up. Excellent sharpness and Sabatier knives better than new. As an amateur cook not sure I needed all the equipment, but the strop paddle is amazing producing a mirror finish at the edge. I haven't used the ceramic rod as I have a steel one. The angle guides are a bit pointless too. 4 stars overall as I felt I spent £20 more than what I needed to.

I'm not an expert, but I recognise well-made tools. I've used all these items and they work very well. My knives, axes and machetes can all shave arm hair now. I particularly understand the importance and value of the strop. Great tools, great value.
