Knife works well but when placed downwards on the work counter the knife nearly always manages to sit with the sharp edge of the blade facing upwards . In the detailed description of the knife it was praised for the safety festure of the sharp edge of the blade facing downwards when the knife is put down when in fact the opposite is true. This is presumably a design fault!
