Ordered pan on 1st June. Arrived quickly on the 4th June. Unpackaged to find a split handle. Returned promptly and still waiting for refund. Emailed and phoned on different occasions to be told delivery delays. After tracing the parcel it had arrived. Then Covid-19 delays and the latest one a new system is being installed. Its now the 7th July!!!! 1st time have used the company and will be the last.
