The **SureFire Sidekick** is a compact, rechargeable, powerful keychain flashlight. Made for everyone and to always keep close: in your pocket or your bag. Even though it is compact, it is relatively large for a keychain flashlight. It is, however, not too heavy and the casing is made from polymer. With the three light modes (High, Medium and Low) and the MaxVision Beam (broad beam) it is the perfect light to always keep close: in your pocket or on your bag.

You can easily switch between light modes with the press of a button. The light will turn on in the lowest mode. If you press the button again within two seconds you will switch to the next light mode. If you wait longer than two seconds and press the button the light will turn off. The standard order of the modes is L-M-H, but this can be adjusted to H-M-L.

The Sidekick works with one built-in 640mAh Li-ion battery. The Sidekick has no indication lights as soon as the battery runs out. Instead the Sidekick uses the LED light. If the battery is about to run out the light intensity will decrease to a lower level. The light won't turn off just like that, but will tell you the battery is about to run out.

You can easily and quickly charge the light via the micro-USB port and the included micro-USB cable. As soon as the Sidekick is fully charged the LED light will start to flash. Once fully charged the LED light will continue to burn at the lowest level, as long as it is connected to a power source. The light also comes with a small carabiner.

Kleine, lichte en zeer draagbare sleutelhanger-lamp, en doet  toch meer dan je zou verwachten. USB-oplaadbaar, 3 lichtstanden, mooie brede lichtbundel, en programmeerbaar L-M-H of H-M-L. Hoogste stand geeft een hele mooie lichtopbrengst. Lamp is niet bijzonder goedkoop, maar kwaliteit is prima en ik ben zeer tevreden over deze aankoop.
