The **TSPROF Blitz 360 Standard**, with three TSPROF diamond-coated sharpening stones, is everything you need to sharpen your knives with this practical sharpening system. The TSPROF Blitz collection is a very compact sharpening system. With a height of 12 cm and a width of 13 cm this system won't take up much room on your workbench or desk. And yet this system leaves you with grand, professional level sharpening results.


##  TSPROF Blitz 360


The main advantage of the TSPROF Blitz 360 collection is that the guiding rod and the sharpening stone holder can turn up to 360 degrees. As such sharpening longer knives is a little easier and you can move the guiding rod out of the way as you sharpen your knives. 


With this sharpening system you can sharpen at an 8 to 35 degree angle (per side). As such you can sharpen any knife at the right or desired angle. Adjusting the angle is easy and done with a turning knob at the side of the system. In addition, you can rotate the clamp upwards or downwards to end up with the best sharpening angle when your blade is very high or very narrow. As such sharpening a filleting knife or a Chinese chef's knife will also be a piece of cake. The clamp can even rotate up to 360 degrees to make sure you don't have to remove the clamp in order to sharpen the other side. The clamp automatically clicks back into place. The clamp holds knives from 3 to 20 cm, longer knives could let go of the clamp a lot faster. The maximum thickness of a knife is 4.5 mm.


The sharpening stone holder has enough room for sharpening stones up to 15 cm long. You secure the stones with a spring which you can also easily press to release the stone. As such changing the stones is a piece of cake.


Each part of this system is made from top-quality steel making the whole system feel very decent. If properly used this system will last for generations.
