Schitterend mes. Ligt perfect in de hand en is een genot om mee te werken.
Afhandeling door knives and tools is ook dik ok!

Ik ben zeer tevreden over dit mes. Vooral de boog en mespunt van het mes vind ik handig wiegen. Voor de rest degelijk en mooi design

Ik heb dit mes tegelijk besteld met de wusthof gp2 met het idee om er één cadeau te geven en de andere zelf te houden.
De wusthof is zeker een kwaliteitsmes, maar ik houd de Zwilling. En niet alleen vanwege de looks!
Het is een beetje een lomp mes.. vrij zwaar en een nogal hoekig handvat, en ik heb de vlijmscherpe hoek bij de wijsvinger wat moeten afstompen omdat ik me bleef snijden maar.. dit mes resoneert in je hand! De koks weten wat ik bedoel.
Alles is zeer strak gemonteerd, geen speling en geen naden. Goed comprimismetaal; hard genoeg om lang scherp te blijven maar zacht genoeg om zelf te onderhouden. 
De vorige Henckels heeft meer dan tien jaar zijn werk voortreffelijk gedaan. Ik verwacht minstens hetzelfde van deze.



Doet geheel waan mijn verwachtingen. Levering zeer snel, zeer tevreden!
