Was initially surpprised when I learnt that the product was coming from Holland but it got here within the time it said it would take to deliver, the post office even phoned to make sure! The knife itself is very sharp and has some genuinely useful features. It is typical Victorinox quality. Very happy with the product and service, only problem is my missus has hidden my credit card now I have found the knives and tools website!
