With a Work Sharp system, you can sharpen pretty much anything.

The **Work Sharp Culinary E2 Plus** electric knife sharpener has a sleek design, is easy to use and built to become a part of your kitchen. Keep your kitchen knives, pocket knives and scissors in great shape with the Work Sharp Culinary E2 Plus!

 The Culinary E2 Plus has two speeds at which you can sharpen your knives. Press the 'shape' button and you can sharpen even the most blunt knives. With the 'sharp' button you can sharpen the knives that need a little extra sharpness. The E2 Plus comes with a guide for kitchen knives and a guide for pocket knives. With the guide for kitchen knives you always sharpen your knife at a 20 degree angle. With the pocket knife guide you sharpen your pocket knives at a 25 degree angle, or your kitchen knives with a thicker blade.

 The compact design ensures that the Work Sharp Culinary won't take up too much room on your counter top. In addition to kitchen knives such as chef's knives or small peeling knives, you can sharpen scissors and serrated knives!

 The main difference with other knife sharpeners is that the Culinary E2 uses flexible sharpening discs instead of sharpening belts. As such your kitchen knives maintain their original grind. The sharpening discs have a grain size of 120 grit. As such the machine will quickly sharpen your blunt knives! You can easily replace the sharpening discs yourself. With an integrated fine ceramic sharpening wheel you make sure your kitchen knives stay sharp! The step from 120 grit to the fine sharpening wheel is quite a substantial step. Our advice is to use the sharpening wheel a little longer the first time for the best results.
