Looked at this knife. Read the details and it meet my requirements. Ordered the Wustuf Cordon Blue 23cm chefs knife. Ordered it arrived 2/3 days. Opened packaging. perfect knife. It is well balanced. Perfect weight and excellent cutting curve. It's razor sharp and cuts though vegetables effortlessly. Customer services from KATO Brilliant and second to none. Will be returning
