The Wüsthof Classic filleting knife is enhanced with a flexible, slim 16 cm blade and can be used to fillet most types of meat. Chicken or duck for instance, or spare ribs. The blade is thick enough to handle these types of tasks. Please note: you are not supposed to cut through bones.
