I got this specifically for the extra 3cm over the standard knife and it does not disappoint. You pay a bit extra, but it will last a life time

The Wüsthof bread knife arrived very promptly and was well packed. It is a superb bread knife —expensive but it cuts the large sourdough loaves we have just so easily. Well worth the money!
