Working in a professional Kitchen I have found these knives just perfect. I bought them along with a case that holds 12. I was skeptical about the handles thinking they would get slippery when chopping and slicing various ingredients but it's not the case. They're razor sharp, easy to sharpen on the steel and have held an edge perfectly. I would highly recommend them.
