Great knife set. One thing to note is that the Wüsthof Gourmet utility knife (16 centimeters) is actually a flexible knife. I missed this when ordering. The knife is flexible and can bend quite a bit. Wasn't expecting this. Still a good knife, but not as sturdy as the others so need to be careful what you are using it to cut/chop/carve, etc.
