We already had 4 of these knives and were so impressed we wanted more. The original 4 were used as steak knives but we decide we wanted to use these brilliant knives on a daily basis. It is so good to use them at every meal and be able to effortlessly cut whatever food we are eating. Highly recommended. Only downside is going out to eat and finding the knives supplied are blunt!!!
