We bought one of these knives in Koblenz last year when on a cycling holiday along the Mosel. We have found it such a useful item and so user friendly that I had to buy another for my wife !

I bought one of these some years ago. It is used daily and has stayed sharp throughout. But my wife is usually using it when I want it. So, I bought another 2 weeks ago with rapid, very trackable delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and this particular product.
