This **Wüsthof Silverpoint pizza cutter** is a the perfect cutting tool for anyone who loves pizza. The round blade is made from stainless x50crmov15 steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from top-quality synthetic plastic. This means that the blades can be placed in the dishwasher, but we do not recommend that.

Thanks to the different production process - the knives' blades are cut from stainless steel sheets - and the plastic handle, the knives from the Silverpoint collection are very affordable compared to some other Wüsthof collections. Due to the choice of material these knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. Because the knives are light-weight and razor-sharp they are easy and amazing to use!

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
