Even today they are as relevant as when they first came out. It is not that strange because well-known professional chefs are involved with development. Like many other Zwilling series, the steel that is used for the Four Star is ice-hardened Friodur steel. The laser-cut edge is absolutely razor-sharp. The seamless handle, which is made out of exceptionally high-quality plastic, is very comfortable to handle.

Knives are sharp. Now we have to be careful not to accidentally cut ourselves. Very light in hands. Would prefer them to be a bit heavier. I wouldn't say they feel flimsy, however, a bit of weight would definitely make them feel more solid & premium. A bit of weight will also make them easier to manoeuvre too. The set offers all types of knives we need. We went for Zwilling for an upgrade and overall we are very happy with the purchase.
