The Fenix LD09 torch can be carried in your chest pocket and at the same time the torch more than holds its own so no other torch is needed. 130 lumens is more than enough for normal daily use. It is not for nothing that the reach is indicated at 120 metres. The LD09 has three light settings and an SOS-position. The settings can be simply selected with the sturdy-feeling switch at the back of the torch. The same switch is used to turn the torch on and off. Obviously also a momentary-on-setting is available. The LD09 is delivered complete with sheath, wrist strap and battery.

* LED: Cree XP-E2 (R3) with a lifespan of 50.000 hours 

* Switch at the back of the torch

* Hardened, ultra-bright glass lens with coating against reflection and a metal reflector. This reflector is provided with a special coating for improved light output. 

* 3 light settings and SOS-position:   

- Low (3 ANSI lumens, 42 h)   

- Mid (50 ANSI lumens, 5 h)   

- High (130 ANSI lumens, 1 h 45 min, NiMH)   

- High (220 ANSI lumens, 1 h, 14500)




* The indication of the light output is according to the ANSI / NEMA FL 1-2009 standard. This means the values may be lower than previous indications. Obviously this lower value does not affect the light output of the torch. The advantage of the ANSI / NEMA FL 1-2009 standard is that values can be easily compared and provide a realistic image of the daily practice.

Zocht een klein zaklampje voor EDC dat ook een zeer zachte stand heeft, zodat ik mijn eega niet wek als ik door de slaapkamer struin. Deze voldoet hieraan volledig en ook de fellere standen zijn fantastisch, gewoon op de alkaline batterij. Heb het bijgeleverde koordje eraan bevestigd om te voorkomen dat hij uit mijn hand valt tijdens het dragen. Altijd bij me, gewoon aan de clip in mijn broekzak en de zuinigheid geeft je de zekerheid dat hij altijd bedrijfsklaar is. Ik heb nog een set Eneloop NiMH AA batterijen liggen waarmee ik de Alkaline batterij ga vervangen, die lopen niet leeg. K & T heeft snel en goed verpakt geleverd. Fantastisch
