Fissler Adamant: unequalled quality

The Fissler Adamant pans are unique and remarkable pans. The non-stick coating contains silicon carbide, making it extremely robust and scratch-resistant. Did you put your silicone spatulas in the dishwasher? Simply use your metal cookware in the Fissler Adamant pans!

The Fissler Adamant pans are enhanced with raised edges and a large cooking surface. Perfect when roasting a piece of meat or preparing a stew. The ergonomic handle remains cool during use.

Scratch resistant non-stick coating

A non-stick coating is incredibly practical. It is easy to clean and nothing will stick to the base as you prepare meals. In time a non-stick coating can become damaged. Parts of the damaged non-stick coating can affect your health if they end up in your food. Alternatives are carbon steel, cast iron or stainless steel pans, but those often come with a manual for proper use and are often not that easy to clean. Fissler wouldn't be Fissler if they came up with the perfect solution to this problem. With the Fissler Adamant pans you benefit from the non-stick coating without having to worry about your health.

Silicon carbide

Silicon carbide is an extremely hard material that is mainly used in sharpening stones, sandpaper, racing car brakes, bulletproof vests and many more products. What does this mean for a pan? A scratch-free non-stick coating that can handle metal cookware and a pan you can easily stack on top of another.

Cookstar base

The pans are enhanced with the famous Cookstar Base. This base can be used on any heat source. As such the Fissler Adamant pans can also be used on induction hobs. Not only can this base be used on induction, but you can easily switch pans with a CookStar base between different heat sources. Without the base warping, something that sometimes happens with less quality pans.
