Features of Fissler Phi Collection pans
CookStar base and downdraft function
The pans of the Phi collection are equipped with the special CookStar Base that is known to ensure an excellent heat distribution, even on induction hobs. It's easy to control the temperature and to quickly and evenly heat up the pan. The pans also have a cool feature called the 'downdraft function', which is great for stoves with downdraft extractors. This function prevents grease stains and cooking smells from getting everywhere. The glass lid keeps the moisture in thanks to the Fissler Condensate Plus function, keeping your dishes juicy instead of watery.
360° hook-in function
The Fissler Phi pans have a 360° hook-in function for the lid. This means you can securely hitch the lid to the pan, leaving your hands free to stir or add ingredients into the pan, without ever having to put the hot and wet lid on your clean countertop! Moreover, there is a handy measuring scale on the inside of the pan and a wide pouring rim at the top that prevents spilling. The metal cold-grip handles ensure a comfortable and secure grip.
Durable and stackable
You can stack the pans thanks to their conical shape. This saves a lot of space in your cabinets! Made from 90% recycled, and 100% recyclable stainless steel, this pan collection is environmentally friendly. Suitable for most heat sources
The pans can be used on most heat sources, including gas hobs, electric hobs, halogen hobs and induction hobs. The Fissler Phi pans are suitable for oven use up to 180° C.
