The Bark River Gameskeeper is a great hunting knife. This knife was specifically designed for larger game such as deer, elk or bear. The Gameskeeper can handle the most demanding tasks. The blade is really thick all the way towards the tip, making it extra strong. There is a flat finger groove just behind the edge, before the crop. This allows you to hold it a little closer to the edge for tasks that require more precision.
