Full description
This Benchmade Mini-Griptilian 555-1 has a grey G10 handle and its small dimensions make it very suitable for people with smaller hands. The knife is nice and small but has the solid quality we have come to know by Benchmade. Steel liners, the famous axis lock, and a blade of 20CV-steel make this a perfect knife for everyday use. The sheepfoot blade features a thumb hole for lightning-fast opening. Both lefties and righties can work with this knife perfectly.
CPM 20CV-steel
This Griptillian has a blade of CPM 20CV-steel. This grade is equal to CTS-204P and Böhler M390 steel. It is one of the most coveted steels of the moment. It stays sharp for a long time, is stainless and extremely hard. It is a bit trickier to sharpen (we recommend diamond stones) but once it is sharp it stays sharp for a long long time!

Its a great little knife. High quality materials and well put together. Opens and closes very smoothly with a minimum of blade play and it is very sharp right out of the box. The knife also looks great with the blue highlights contrasting against the grey G10 handles. Its not to flashy but feels like your own personal little gem. This is my first folding knife with "thumb hole" opening instead of thumb studs and I love it. Still easy to open, It gives you that little extra bit of usable cutting area and it does not dig in whilst slicing fruits and vegetables the way some thumb studs do. I would highly recommend this knife
