The **Böker Manufaktur Ebony Damascus Limited Edition 140409DAM** is a top-quality straight razor. Böker has been producing straight razors for over a hundred years and has an excellent reputation in this field. This *straight razor* is made in the Böker workshop in Solingen, Germany.


This straight razor has an *extra hollow* grind with a *ridge*. The extra hollow grind gives you an extremely thin edge which is also a little flexible. This razor is amazing to work with but perhaps not as suited for heavy beard growth. The *ridge* ensures that the spine of the blade is thick enough to be blocked by the handle. In addition, the spine provides support when determining the right sharpening angle while stropping and sharpening.



This razor is enhanced with a square tip and the tang behind the edge is enhanced with grip serrations on both sides. The handle is made from luxurious ebony wood.


## Swedish stainless damascus steel


For this limited edition straight razor Böker used stainless Swedish damascus steel. This damasteel is enhanced with a twist-pattern. This luxurious material, in combination with the ebony wood of the handle, makes the knife look really chic.
