Now, he has brought the concept of the Japanese Kihon to life in the design of the Boker Plus Kihon DC. The knife embodies the fundamental principles of Japanese martial arts, translated into a practical everyday tool. Its simple yet effective design and features demonstrate its high level of usability, making it perfect for everyday cutting tasks. With the 2.0 version, Böker has managed to reduce weight by 15 grams without compromising structural integrity.
