This Boska all-rounder with white handle is a part of the HACCP collection of cheese knives. The strength of this cheese knife can be found in the versatile blade. This 14 cm long blade has three holes in the blade to make sure cheese won't stick to the surface, a serrated edge with which you easily cut through cheese and a forked tip to serve pieces of cheese. It is clear: this cheese knife is a real all-rounder.
About the HACCP cheese knives
This all-rounder is one of the HACCP cheese knives from Boska. The HACCP legislation dictates that each type of cheese must be cut with its own knife. Boska came up with the perfect solution. Three differently coloured handles, each for a specific type of cheese: red for red-bacterial cheeses, blue for blue-veined cheeses and white for white-veined cheeses. Clear and very hygienic. After use you can clean the knives in the dishwasher.
