The **Case Medium Skinner Leather Hunter** is a tough fixed knife, designed for hunting. The skinner blade shape looks great and is also perfect for gutting game. The leather handle is fitted with a finger guard, so your fingers stay safely behind the blade. There is a nice, matching aluminium pommel at the end of the handle. 

## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel

The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless steel that is similar to 420HC steel. A distinguishing feature of this type of steel is that it can be sharpened super sharp, very quickly. 

## Leather handle

The handle of this hunting knife is made from leather discs. These are stacked around the tang of the blade and glued together under immense pressure. There are additional layers at the ends which form an attractive contrast with the leather. These are made from vulcanized rubber. 

The Case Leather Hunter comes with a fine leather sheath so you can easily carry it with you. A press-stud holds the knife firmly in place. The sheath has a belt loop that can be attached to a belt up to 5.0 cm wide.
