The **Chefs Choice Trizor XV model 15 knife sharpener** is a professional electric sharpener. The remarkable thing about this sharpener is the renowned Trizor three-part grind the sharpener creates. A grind with an extra-sharp third micro-edge that will sharpen your knife razor-sharp.

 The sharpener uses a fixed 15 degree angle. Is your knife enhanced with another sharpening angle or are you not sure which angle your knife is enhanced with? Don't worry. Pull the knife about 20 times through the sharpener and it will have transformed the angle into a razor-sharp 15 degree Trizor edge. Once your knife is enhanced with this angle sharpening your knife will not even take a minute!

 ### Sharpening phases

 This sharpener has three sharpening phases:

 
 * **Phase 1:** Coarse diamond-coated sharpening stone: To restore an edge or to apply the right sharpening angle
 * **Phase 2:** Medium diamond-coated sharpening stone. To sharpen a knife with a 15 degree sharpening angle.
 * **Phase 3:** Extra-fine polishing stone. To sharpen your knife razor-sharp and to keep your knives sharp.
 
 The knife sharpener comes with an extensive English manual.
